Since 3Ks Engineering Company Ltd, was founded in 1969 by Ronald Hanbury, we've built a reputation for excellence in large fabrication and heavy machining. Over the past five decades, our family-owned business has grown to become one of the largest companies in the UK specializing in both areas, primarily serving the oil and gas sectors, as well as subsea, offshore, onshore, and rail industries.
The company remains under the leadership of Ronald Hanbury's sons, Kevin and Karl Hanbury, ensuring continuity and a commitment to excellence that spans generations.

Our Location
We have over 60,000 sq ft, across two dedicated fabrication workshops, at our manufacturing facility in Machynys, Llanelli, Wales. The facility is equipped with heavy cranage, large conventional and CNC machines, supporting complex large fabrication and heavy machining projects. Additionally, we have a fitting shop for component repairs, and refurbishments. The extensive space and advanced equipment allow 3Ks Engineering to manage and execute high-precision projects, ensuring full control over the manufacturing process.
